I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a downtown view and were equipped with a comfortable bed and necessary facilities, but the TV was still not set up properly. The service was attentive and fulfilled every request, including dry cleaning and housekeeping. The location was in a really nice historic neighborhood, although there were some rough areas nearby. The dining at Lennox grill was good, with included gluten-free dishes. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvements.
